Continental Grade - C Grade​

This grade of Ceylon cinnamon consists of thicker and slightly coarser cinnamon quills compared to the Alba grade. The color is light brown, and the texture is slightly rougher. Continental grade cinnamon still maintains a good flavor and aroma, although it may be slightly less intense than the Alba grade.
